You can create a parcel label easily with only a few clicks: Select origin and destination country, parcel size and shipping method. Then insert sender's and recipient's details, pay for the order via the bank link and hand over your parcel to DPD in the most convenient way for you.
With DPD you can ship parcels in a wide range of sizes. If you are shipping via DPD parcel lockers network please measure all three sides of your parcel. If you are handing over parcel to our courier, then you can check if your parcel fits in our maximum measurements using girth calculator.
Prices for sending a parcel are starting from 2.50 €. To calculate the exact price, enter the origin and destination country and we will show you the possible delivery methods and prices.
You can hand over your parcels to us via our parcel lockers or order a courier to your address.
It's very important to apply the parcel label correctly when you send parcels. Your parcel label should always be applied to the largest surface of the parcel, where it can be clearly read. In addition you should not use parcel labels which are crumpled or difficult to read. Please remove all old labels.
Parcels which are picked up from you by courier can weigh up to 31.5 kg. The maximum weight for parcels which are handed in for shipment at a DPD parcel locker is in Baltics 31,5 kg, rest of Europe 20 kg (except Portugal 10 kg).
We try to deliver all goods on the first attempt. If the courier cannot reach the recipient at the address or by telephone, the parcel will be automatically forwarded to a DPD parcel locker. If the consignment does not fit in the locker, it will be forwarded to delivery again if the contact information is correct. If the courier cannot contact the recipient in the second delivery, the consignment is taken to the terminal, where it is stored for 7 working days, and the recipient can pick up the goods themselves. If the goods are not picked up, the parcel will be sent back to the sender.
